I've updated the mem.txt file to make the installation instructions
clearer.  I also fixed some ANSI prototypes to reduce the number of
warnings generated by the source. -Ian!

The mem.zip file contains the other four files:

    mem.txt
    mem.c
    mem.h
    toolkit.h
